Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the dental office to ensure efficiency and high-quality patient care.
- Manage scheduling, patient communication, and front-desk coordination.
- Ensure compliance with dental regulations and office policies.
- Supervise and motivate office staff, providing training and performance feedback.
- Oversee financial processes, including billing, collections, and insurance claims.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator, admin Team lead or in a similar role.
- Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and compliance regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems effectively.
- Passion for delivering outstanding patient experiences.

Dental Assistant ($20-$30)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in orthodontics, pediatrics, and dental assisting.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, including orthodontic treatments and pediatric dentistry - Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments - Take and develop dental x-rays - Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures - Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care - Perform dental receptionist duties, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records - Utilize dental software systems OPEN DENTAL - Use CAD software for designing dental prosthetics
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or relevant certification - Knowledge of orthodontics, pediatrics, and dental assisting techniques - Familiarity with dental software systems OPEN DENTAL - Proficient in medical terminology related to dentistry - Ability to take and develop dental x-rays - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Solid attention to detail and organizational abilities
