The Diabetes Times is seeking an experienced Diabetes Specialist Nurse to join our Specialist Community Diabetes Service. Based at our Diabetes Centre, you will provide expert, evidence-based care for adults with diabetes across outpatient clinics, community settings and primary care partnerships.
