Own MCG’s digital presence across paid, organic, and social channels. You’ll manage campaigns that connect prospective students to programs that change their lives — measuring everything, iterating fast, and growing our reach across Alberta.

02 What you'll do

Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)

Manage organic social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

Write, design, and schedule content with support from our creative partners

Track and report on funnel performance — from click to enrollment

Manage SEO and ensure the MCG website performs in local search

Support email marketing campaigns targeting prospects and alumni

03 What you'll bring

Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience in an agency or in-house role

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms

Strong writing skills — you can write for an audience, not just for algorithms

Analytical mindset: you use data to make decisions and improve campaigns

Eligible to work in Canada
