01 About the role Own MCG’s digital presence across paid, organic, and social channels. You’ll manage campaigns that connect prospective students to programs that change their lives — measuring everything, iterating rapid, and growing our reach across Alberta. 02 What you'll do 01 Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) 02 Manage organic social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok 03 Write, design, and schedule content with support from our creative partners 04 Track and report on funnel performance — from click to enrollment 05 Manage SEO and ensure the MCG website performs in local search 06 Support email marketing campaigns targeting prospects and alumni 03 What you'll bring Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience in an agency or in-house role Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms Strong writing skills — you can write for an audience, not just for algorithms Analytical mindset:
