As we continue to expand internationally, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Global Operations to lead our strategic growth and operational excellence across multiple business locations.

Position Summary--

The Director of Global Operations will provide executive leadership for the organization's international operations, ensuring operational efficiency, business growth, and organizational excellence. This role is responsible for developing strategic initiatives, managing business operations, leading management teams, and supporting the expansion of AumGram Ayurveda across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the organization's global operational strategy.
- Lead and oversee business operations across international locations.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Develop annual business plans, budgets, and operational goals.
- Direct managers responsible for clinic operations, administration, marketing, and business development.
- Establish policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
- Build strategic partnerships and identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Review financial performance and recommend strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Lead recruitment planning, organizational development, and leadership initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable business, employment, health, and privacy regulations.
- Prepare executive reports and present operational updates to senior leadership.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree is an asset).
- 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, business management, or organizational development.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-location or international operations is preferred.
- Strong strategic planning, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent financial, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Outstanding communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a quick-paced environment.
- Experience in the healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or professional services sector is considered an asset.
