Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and assembling ingredients.
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and sanitation throughout the kitchen area.
- Provide excellent service to guests by ensuring that all food is prepared to their satisfaction.

Qualifications





- Previous restaurant or hotel experience is preferred, with a strong background in kitchen operations.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods is essential.
- Familiarity with food service practices, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Solid cleaning skills with an understanding of sanitation standards in the kitchen.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards serving others in the hospitality industry.
