Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure a smooth and hygienic operation. This role is vital in supporting the overall food service experience and maintaining high standards of cleanliness within our establishment.

Duties

- Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans promptly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and kitchen areas according to health and safety standards
- Assist with organizing supplies and ingredients as required
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials in accordance with established procedures
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Maintain cleanliness of Staff Bistro, and transfer staff meal to and from Bistro, following all standards and practices set by the Kitchen and hotel.
- Follow all cleaning closing duties as per standards, including but not limited to sanitizing, sweeping, mopping.
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents or contamination within the kitchen workplace

Skills

- Experience in cleaning, food handling, or restaurant environments is preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation and food service procedures




- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of sanitation standards and safety regulations in food service settings
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff members
- Prior hotel or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to cleanliness standards

Pay: $22.43-$23.61 per hour
