IMPACT SECURITY GROUP, we currently expanding our services across the Prairies and we find ourselves in need of the following:

Full + Part time communication personal

Our Communication Centre operates 24/7 365 days a year, with over 1200 employees across the prairies.

Excellent communication skills

Must have experience as a dispatcher/call taker

Be able to handle stress and a fast paced atmosphere

Be able to work varied shifts, days, afternoons, nights and weekends as and when required

Must be able to prioritize duties as they arise but get all completed as required

Person must be able to work in a team workplace and get along with others in the workplace, give and take directions

Must have very strong English skills both written and spoken

Must have excellent computer & phone skills

Must have excellent typing skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Education

- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
- dispatch: 1 year (preferred)
