Fuel Nexus is seeking an organized, customer-focused Fuel Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of bulk fuel products by coordinating drivers, equipment, customer orders, and logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily dispatch of fuel delivery trucks with third party providers.
- Schedule and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and customer service.
- Monitor, delivery status, and fleet utilization.
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and order updates.
- Enter, update, and maintain dispatch information within company electronic systems.
- Coordinate emergency or priority deliveries as required.
- Ensure third party provider is compliant with transportation regulations, Hours of Service requirements, and company safety policies.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to meet customer expectations.
- Resolve delivery issues quickly while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records, delivery documentation, and reporting.
- Support inventory coordination and loading schedules.
- Assist with after-hours dispatch support on a rotational basis (if applicable).

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of dispatch,



fluid transportation coordination, logistics, and scheduling experience.
- Experience within fuel, petroleum, transportation, trucking, or logistics industries is considered a strong asset.
- Strong computer and app skills including Microsoft Office and dispatch software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and Hours of Service is an asset.
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety.
