We are currently seeking an experienced Distribution Coordinator/CSR to join our team!

The Distribution Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for customer orders, inquiries, and support. This position reports directly to the Distribution Manager and is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while overseeing product fulfilment, transportation, and scheduling.

Experience in the Food Manufacturing or transportation industry is considered an asset. Attention to detail is critical with strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Receive and process all incoming customer/vendor orders, issue PO’s and customer invoices.
- Process refunds, rebills, or credits to vendor accounts.
- Document control, record keeping, and distribution of various reports related to inventory, costing, production, product listings, and/or shortages.
- Liaison between various department heads for production availability, scheduling, and order requirements.
- Prepare and distribute pick tickets (FIFO) to Order Pickers for order fulfilment.




- Coordinate and schedule with third party storage and transportation companies for all incoming and outgoing product shipments, negotiate freight costs, and facilitate vendor contracts.
- Ensure accuracy of all shipping documentation & details (labels, bill of lading).
- Order and scheduling of appointments for pallet pickups/return.
- Enforce and comply with all Health & Safety protocols, HACCP/GMP guidelines, and internal policies & procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

- Post Secondary, vocational or technical training in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in diversified customer service & inventory control.
- Minimum 1 year experience in an industrial wholesale or manufacturing setting. Preference will be given to those within Food Manufacturing.
- Experience and/or knowledge of FIFO & HACCP procedures.
- Experience in using EDI software, Microsoft (NAV) Dynamics

Other Information Shift: 7:30AM - 4:00PM Monday to Friday (No weekends)

Salary: To be negotiated based on experience and qualifications

Job Type: Full time

Pay: From $47,840.00 per hour
