We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pet Groomer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to pets, ensuring they look and feel their very best. Your expertise will not only enhance the appearance of our furry clients but also contribute to their overall well-being. A strong emphasis on customer service is essential, as you will be interacting with pet owners and addressing their specific grooming needs.

Duties

- Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and nail clipping for various breeds of dogs and cats.
- Assess the condition of pets' coats and skin to recommend appropriate grooming treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized after each use.




- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners about their pets' grooming needs and any concerns observed during grooming sessions.
- Handle pets safely and comfortably, utilizing proper techniques for lifting and restraining when necessary.
- Stay updated on grooming trends, techniques, and products to provide the best services possible.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive experience for both pets and their owners.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience as a Pet Groomer.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with pet owners.
- Knowledge of various dog and cat breeds, grooming techniques, and pet care products.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- A compassionate attitude towards animals, with a commitment to their safety and comfort.
- Certification from a recognized grooming school is an asset but not mandatory.
