We are seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee the operations and performance of approximately five to six quick-service restaurant locations across Northern Ontario.

The District Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence, sales growth, profitability, guest satisfaction, and team development throughout the assigned district. This position requires a highly visible and hands-on leader who is comfortable travelling regularly between locations and working closely with Restaurant General Managers and their teams.

The ideal candidate will be based in Barrie, Sudbury, or another location that provides reasonable access to the assigned restaurant portfolio. Candidates interested in relocating to Northern Ontario may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and operational oversight to approximately five to six QSR locations.

Conduct regular restaurant visits to assess operations, identify opportunities,



and ensure company standards are consistently maintained.

Support Restaurant General Managers in executing daily operations, sales initiatives, labour plans, and operational priorities.

Ensure restaurants meet expectations related to food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, safety, and guest experience.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of restaurant operations experience, preferably within the quick-service restaurant industry.

Previous multi-unit management experience is strongly preferred.

Experience leading Restaurant General Managers or comparable senior restaurant leaders.

Robust understanding of restaurant financials, labour management, food costs, inventory control, and profit-and-loss management.

Demonstrated ability to improve underperforming locations and drive measurable operational results.
