Remodel Masters is a growing renovation and custom home company serving Orangeville and surrounding communities. We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, exterior renovations, commercial projects, and custom homes.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing Door-to-Door Appointment Setter to help introduce homeowners to our company and book appointments for our Project Consultants.

This is not a closing sales position. Your role is to represent Remodel Masters professionally, start conversations with homeowners, identify those interested in renovating, and schedule qualified appointments. Our Project Consultants handle all estimates, project planning, and sales.

Responsibilities

- Canvass residential neighbourhoods throughout Orangeville and surrounding communities.
- Introduce homeowners to Remodel Masters and the renovation services we offer.
- Build rapport and engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations.
- Identify homeowners interested in renovations, additions, or custom home projects.
- Schedule qualified appointments for our Project Consultants.
- Record appointments and homeowner information accurately.
- Represent Remodel Masters with professionalism, honesty, and a positive attitude.
- Meet daily and weekly appointment goals.
- Attend occasional team meetings and training sessions.

Compensation & Benefits

- Hourly paid trial
- $25 for every qualified appointment that takes place




- $100 bonus when your appointment results in an accepted project
- $250 weekly bonus for booking 12 completed appointments in one week
- Paid every Friday
- Two-week paid trial with opportunity for long-term employment
- Ongoing coaching and support

What We're Looking For

- Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with homeowners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently while meeting performance goals
- Previous customer service and or appointment setting experience is an asset.
- Basic knowledge of the construction industry.
