Duties

- Safely operate various types of vehicles, including vans, shuttles, or cars, to transport clients or staff to designated locations.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, especially those requiring additional support such as seniors or individuals with disabilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and mechanical condition of the vehicle through regular inspections and basic troubleshooting knowledge.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and organizational policies during every trip.
- Communicate effectively with passengers in multiple languages, including Spanish and English, ensuring clear understanding of routes and schedules.
- Keep detailed records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption,



and any incidents or maintenance needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger questions or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

- Proven experience working with children, seniors, or individuals requiring special care is highly desirable.
- Multilingual skills in Spanish and English are preferred to serve diverse communities effectively.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with passengers from various backgrounds.
- Mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Experience in customer service roles demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Ability to teach safety procedures or route information clearly when needed.
- Excellent writing skills for completing logs, reports, or incident documentation accurately.
