Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable Drywall Taper / Painter's Helper to join our commercial construction team. This position will work alongside our experienced team to complete retail tenant improvements.

Responsibilities

- Assist with drywall taping, mudding, sanding, and patching.
- Prepare walls and surfaces for painting.
- Assist with interior commercial painting.
- Mask, protect, and clean work areas.
- Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain a clean and protected work environment.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards.
- Perform other labour duties as required.

Qualifications

- Previous drywall taping, painting, or construction experience is required.
- Comfortable working on ladders.
- Reliable transportation to work.




- Own personal protective equipment (hard hat, safety boots, hi-vis vest).
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
