Duties

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate curiosity and support early childhood education principles
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom workplace that encourages social-emotional development
- Engage children in activities that promote cognitive, motor, language, and social skills
- Provide attentive caregiving to meet individual needs, including feeding, diapering, and comforting children as necessary
- Collaborate with families to share progress, address concerns, and support ongoing developmental goals
- Maintain clean,

- Support children with diverse needs by adapting activities and providing personalized care for individuals with disabilities

Experience

- Proven experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings
- Classroom experience with early childhood education programs or similar environments
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices in caregiving and teaching
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and team members in a professional manner
- Demonstrated commitment to creating a positive learning environment that fosters growth and development
