Our Morley child Care Centre is looking for qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educator to work in a temporary part-time support position. This position would include both one-to-one and group work.

This is a unionized position and will require membership with the British Columbia General

Employee’s Union (BCGEU).

Location: 7355 Morley St, Burnaby BC V5E 2K1

Start Date: September 1, 2026

End Date: March 31, 2027, this position is contingent upon funding,



with the possibility of extension.

Wage: ECE Step 1 - $25.95 per hour. This is in accordance with the General

Services Employee’s Union Collective Agreement (BEGEU).

Department: 122

Hours: 12 hours per week

Shift Schedule: Tuesday to Thursday – 4 hours per day

Qualifications

1. Valid Early Childhood Educator License
2. Valid Food Protected Level 1 Certification.
3. Valid Child Safe First Aid Certificate

4. Clear Criminal Record Check
5. Proof of medical fitness to work with children
