Responsibilities

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth for children.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and specialists to support individual needs and developmental progress.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and daily activities using computer systems.




- Manage classroom routines efficiently, including scheduling, transitions, and behavior management.
- Lead by example in demonstrating excellent organizational skills, time management, and leadership qualities to support team collaboration.

Experience

- Previous experience working with children in early childhood settings or similar environments.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members.
- Proficiency in technology operation for documentation and classroom management tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage classroom activities efficiently while maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.
