You will steer product and applications development while enhancing our intellectual property portfolio. Ideal candidates demonstrate a strong track record in customer-driven innovation and commercialization of biomaterials and specialty chemicals. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the innovation and technology strategy
- Lead commercialization of EcoSphere®, SurfLock™, and Bioform™ platforms
- Establish strong strategic relationships with customers and partners




- Drive product development from concept to manufacturing scale-up
- Oversee intellectual property strategy and portfolio expansion Requirements:
- Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- 15+ years in industrial R&D; and product development
- Proven success in commercializing recent technologies
- Experience in biomaterials or similar industries
