Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician or Drywall Repair Technician to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from electrical installations to drywall repairs, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and safety standards. Duties

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings, ensuring compliance with safety codes and blueprints.
- Perform drywall installation, patching, sanding, and finishing to achieve smooth surfaces ready for painting or finishing.
- Read and interpret construction blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications.
- Conduct caulking around windows, doors, and joints to ensure airtight seals and prevent water intrusion.
- Assist with carpentry tasks such as framing, trimming, or minor structural repairs as needed.
- Apply construction painting techniques to prepare surfaces for final coats of paint or finish.




- Use handyman skills to troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently during ongoing projects.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while working with electrical components or drywall materials to maintain a secure work environment.

Experience

- Proven experience in electrical work or drywall repair within a construction or renovation setting.
- Familiarity with construction painting, caulking, carpentry, and blueprint reading is highly desirable.
- Hands-on handyman experience that demonstrates versatility across multiple trades is a plus.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience working on construction sites or in similar environments is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates eager to learn.
