What you’ll do…

We are seeking a motivated New Graduate for our Emerging Leader role to join our team at Benmet Steel & Metal Inc. in Guelph, ON.

This role is vital in supporting our mission to provide top-tier recycling services and sustainable growth. The position offers an excellent opportunity for professional development within the recycling and steel industry.

Responsibilities

- Assist in overseeing daily operations at our recycling facility.
- Support sales and customer service initiatives to enhance client satisfaction.
- Participate in staff training and development programs.
- Help manage inventory, purchasing,



and logistics activities.
- Contribute to team management efforts to foster a productive work workplace.
- Support compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to budgeting and reporting.
- Engage with clients and vendors to promote our services and build relationships.

Qualifications

- Proven leadership or supervisory experience within a relevant industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Prior experience or interest in the recycling or metals industry is a plus.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Commitment to professional growth and learning.
