Join Walker as an Environmental Compliance Coordinator, where you’ll help uphold sustainability through regulatory adherence and environmental stewardship. This 15-month contract role revolves around fieldwork and collaboration across Owen Sound and surrounding regions. As an integral part of our environmental team, you will directly report to the Environmental Performance Business Partner.

Your responsibilities include ensuring compliance with laws and corporate policies, delivering training programs, and conducting audits. To succeed, you will need to collaborate with facility teams and support the execution of corrective action plans. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and permits
- Conduct inspections and audits for performance standards




- Plan and execute Environmental Performance Reviews
- Maintain accurate environmental records
- Perform field monitoring and sampling per site permits Requirements:
- Degree in Environmental Science or related field
- At least one year of experience in environmental compliance
- Valid Ontario G driver's license
- Experience with environmental monitoring techniques
