Duties

- Assist in surface preparation by shotblasting, grinding, and leveling floors to ensure optimal epoxy adhesion
- Mix epoxy resins and hardeners accurately according to project specifications
- Apply epoxy coatings using hand tools such as trowels, rollers, and squeegees to achieve smooth, even finishes




- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste responsibly

Experience

- Prior construction experience with a focus on flooring installation or surface preparation is highly desirable
- Familiarity with hand tools such as trowels, drills, grinders, and caulking guns
- Experience in tile laying or general handyman tasks adds valuable versatility
- Knowledge of flooring materials including epoxy resins, primers, sealers, and adhesives
- Previous experience working with construction teams in fast-paced environments is a plus
