Responsibilities:

- Maintain and troubleshoot automated storage equipment including stackers, in/out lifting machines, sorting and conveying equipment.

- Handle operational anomalies of storage mechanical equipment, monitor equipment life status, and manage equipment operations.

- Perform maintenance and disassembly of stackers, skilled in using various maintenance tools, and accurately diagnose faults and complete vehicle repairs.

- Independently conduct equipment repair and maintenance with rich experience and strong hands-on skills.

- Install, maintain, and repair equipment, promptly and efficiently diagnose and solve production equipment failures, ensure smooth production, and focus on prevention.

- Conduct inspections, maintenance, and upkeep of automated storage equipment and maintain related records.

- Address and resolve emergent equipment failures to ensure normal equipment operations.

- Familiarize with equipment structure, performance, technical specifications, and related operational procedures.

- Conduct training and safety guidance for onsite personnel.

- Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.





Qualifications:

- Degree in Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation, Electrical Automation, Logistics Engineering, or related fields.

- Proficient in common automated equipment and diagnostic repair of faults, such as stackers, robotic arms, conveyor lines, elevators, AGVs, motors, and shelving systems.

- At least 1 year of experience in maintenance and repair of logistics equipment, familiar with PLCs, electrical schematics, and solid electrical fundamentals.

- Skilled in the maintenance and repair of logistics equipment like stackers and conveyors. Able to independently carry out related maintenance and repair tasks with extensive experience and strong hands-on ability.

- Solid safety awareness including personnel safety, equipment safety, electrical safety, and fire safety.

Pay: $3,500.00-$5,000.00 per month
