Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Esthetician to join our energetic skincare team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments, including facials, waxing, and specialized services such as eyelash extensions. Your enthusiasm for beauty and wellness will help clients feel confident and refreshed while providing personalized consultations to recommend the best treatments and products.

Duties

- Perform professional skincare services including facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, and other esthetic treatments with precision and care
- Provide personalized consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments and products
- Engage clients through effective upselling of retail products to enhance their skincare routines
- Maintain a welcoming front desk presence by greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally




- Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and aftercare instructions to ensure optimal results
- Keep treatment areas clean, sanitized, and organized in compliance with health regulations

Requirements

- Valid esthetician license or certification as required by state law
- Experience with eyelash extensions is highly preferred
- Strong retail sales skills with a focus on upselling skincare products
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods while performing treatments
- Knowledge of current beauty trends and skincare innovations is a plus
