The Atmosphere team has served the Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver Area since 2003 and we are known for our sales and installation expertise, outstanding customer focus and lifetime residential installation warranty. As a member of the Atmosphere team, you will be part of a family of dedicated people who are leaders in all aspects of the flooring and tile industry.

To continue to support our rapid growth we are seeking a hardworking, disciplined individual to join our team as Project Estimator. As a successful candidate you must have a sense of urgency, ability to problem solve, flexible and possess a can-do attitude to go along with your strong work ethic and qualified demeanor. You should enjoy a fast-paced ever-changing environment, be task focused and be able to meet deadlines.

Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent

Valid Driver’s License (Class 5) Requirements: Ability to read and interpret project drawings, scopes,



and specifications.

Ability to perform detailed and accurate material take-offs.

The desire to seek out the most efficient and effective way to solve problems and complete tasks.

Ability to meet strict bid submission timelines.

Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions

High-quality standards and confidence.

Good typing, Word, Excel, and Outlook skills required.

Strong communication skills and willingness to call contactors and clients to discuss the proposals and vendors to discuss materials and pricing.

Excellent organization and time management skills are essential.

Ability to learn the company’s measuring/accounting/inventory software.
