Our flagship events—including the Business Execution Summit (BEx), Connex, CEO Roundtables, workshops, and client events—bring leaders together to learn, connect, and grow.

We’re looking for an Event Planner to take ownership of planning and delivering these exceptional experiences with the goal to attract new leaders to our community and grow the Results client base.

The Opportunity The Event

Planner leads the planning and execution of Results events from concept to completion. This role combines planning & project management with hands-on execution. One day you may be evaluating speakers, coordinating vendors, and developing event schedules; the next you may be managing registrations, preparing event materials, or overseeing onsite logistics.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional attendee experiences.

Key Responsibilities Event Planning & Execution Lead planning and execution of BEx, Connex, CEO Roundtables, workshops, and client events

Coordinate venues, catering, logistics, registration, and event materials

Manage event timelines, project plans, and production schedules

Coordinate onsite event delivery and post-event follow-up Program & Speaker Development Research and evaluate speakers and content opportunities

Assist in developing agendas, schedules,



and attendee experiences

Help continuously improve event quality and impact Vendor & Stakeholder Management Manage relationships with venues, AV providers, photographers, printers, and other vendors

Coordinate with speakers, attendees, sponsors, and internal team members

Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at a high standard Registration & Event Systems Manage Eventbrite and event registration processes

Maintain accurate attendee records and reporting

Support HubSpot data quality and event communications Project Management Coordinate deliverables, deadlines, and internal resources

Lead post-event reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Maintain event planning systems, templates, and processes Qualifications Experience 5+ years of corporate event management experience

Experience managing complex events with multiple stakeholders

Robust vendor management and project management skills Skills Exceptional organization and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proactive problem-solving and decision-making





Comfortable working independently and taking ownership Technical Experience Eventbrite or similar registration platforms

HubSpot or CRM systems

Microsoft Office Suite

Excel and data management

Role Structure

This role is approximately 1,000–1,200 hours annually, with workload concentrated between September and March.

Compensation will reflect experience and range from $45 to $55 per hour. The role may be structured as either a contractor or employee position, depending on the successful candidate. This is a hybrid role.

The successful candidate may choose to work remotely, but there will be the need to be in one of our offices (Edmonton or Calgary) for onboarding and periodic team summits. Occasional travel to events &/or internal meetings will be required. APPLY NOW Are You Ready join Results?
