We specialize in ADUs — fully independent backyard homes. We manage the entire process from design through to construction, helping homeowners add value and space to their properties. Proper site preparation and services installation are critical to delivering durable, code-compliant housing.

We are looking for an Excavation and Site Services Technician to handle site preparation, trenching, grading, and service line installation for ADU builds.

Your role will involve Operating small excavators, skid steers, and compacting equipment

Excavating for foundations, footings, and utility trenches

Installing water, sewer, and electrical service connections

Assisting with backfilling, grading, and drainage

Coordinating with utility locators and inspectors





Ensuring all work is completed safely and to plan This role is ideal for someone experienced in residential site work and who enjoys working outdoors on small, high-impact projects.

Qualification

We are seeking candidates who Have 2 or more years of experience in excavation or site services

Can operate compact equipment safely and efficiently

Are familiar with utility trenching and site drainage

Understand job site safety and Ontario regulations

Work well independently and as part of a team
