Aboshkal Design & Build is looking for a motivated Executive Assistant (Creative & Operations) to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a quick-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career.

No two days are the same. You'll assist with daily operations while gaining hands-on experience in project coordination, content creation, client relations, our interactive showroom, and professional design software.

Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
- Make phone calls to clients, suppliers, and business partners.
- Capture photos and videos of projects and showroom displays.
- Create and help manage social media content.
- Welcome and assist clients visiting our showroom.
- Learn and use professional design software and business systems.
- Help keep projects organized and moving forward.

Experience is preferred; however, we're happy to train the right candidate who demonstrates the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Compensation

$40,000–$55,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit.

A probationary period applies to all new hires.
