Erin Mills Smiles Dentistry is looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our friendly and qualified team. We are seeking someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service and patient care.

Location: Erin Mills Town Center

Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments.
- Manage patient recalls and follow-up appointments.
- Prepare and submit insurance estimates and claims.
- Process billing and payments.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of dental reception experience (required).
- Experience with dental software such as Oryx or similar programs.
- Strong knowledge of insurance claims, estimates, and billing.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.




- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset).
