We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Experienced Barista/Kitchen Help to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages. Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair.
- Assist with food preparation, including assembling sandwiches, salads, baked goods, and other menu items.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Handle cashing out customers, managing cash handling procedures, and balancing registers at shift end.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and responding promptly to inquiries or special requests.




- Support food service operations by restocking supplies, managing wait times, and ensuring smooth workflow during busy periods.

Skills

- Proven experience as a barista with strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage presentation.
- Previous food industry or food service experience with familiarity in food preparation and handling procedures.
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS for quick and accurate transactions.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory counts.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices to ensure safe food handling at all times.
