Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Framer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing the framework of residential, commercial, or industrial structures with precision and efficiency. Your expertise in reading blueprints, working with various hand and power tools, and understanding construction principles will be essential to delivering high-quality projects on time.

Duties

- Interpret and follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately construct frameworks.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing components using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment.
- Build and install concrete forms for foundations, walls, or other structural elements with precision
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts or cranes safely to move materials on-site.
- Conduct concrete finishing tasks to achieve smooth surfaces for floors or walls.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed during all phases of construction.

Requirements

- Proven experience in framing, carpentry, or related construction fields with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, woodworking techniques, and heavy equipment operation.
- Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, and welding is highly desirable.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong understanding of safety standards and best practices on construction sites.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail to ensure structural integrity.
- Must have reliable transportation
