Magna Golf Club, one of Canada's most exclusive private golf clubs located in Aurora, Ontario, is currently looking for full-time and part-time EXPERIENCED SERVERS to join our dedicated food and beverage team. Our club offers year-round dining, and we are looking for year-long candidates who can work both lunch and dinner shifts, including weekends.

Duties and Responsibilities Highlights:

- Ensure all sections are set and ready for service.
- Guide members through the menu, offering suggestions and highlighting specials that fit their preferences.
- Possess strong menu knowledge and the ability to modify the dishes based on preference and dietary restrictions.
- Anticipate member needs through member profiles and reservation lists.
- Create an unforgettable service experience and leave every member feeling valued and unique.
- Other duties as assigned and required by management.

A successful candidate will:





- Have a minimum of 3 years’ fine dining experience serving in a golf club or high-end restaurant.
- Be dedicated to a high level of service and professionalism.
- Have exceptional attention to detail.
- Be a positive individual.
- Demonstrate the ability to follow directions and meet deadlines.
- Be able to work well under pressure and effectively balance multiple tasks.
- Be an effective communicator and passionate about working in a team workplace.
- Be proficient in POS Systems, JONAS Clubhouse Software is considered an asset.
- Have flexible full time/part-time availability; holiday, evening and weekend shifts are required.
- Have Smart Serve certification.
- Be able to work legally in Canada.
