Duties

- Conduct outside sales activities by reaching out to prospective clients and maintaining existing accounts to grow the sales pipeline.
- Engage in high-end sales negotiations to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to B2B markets, leveraging marketing insights and organizational skills.
- Support dealership and retail sales efforts by upselling products and services that meet client needs.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation through closing, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.




- Provide exceptional sales support by maintaining detailed records of client interactions, proposals, and contracts.
- Utilize phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clients across multiple channels, including calls and meetings.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or dealership environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals confidently.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage a robust sales pipeline efficiently.
- Experience in high-end product environments preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with effective communication abilities.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, sales management tools, and basic math for pricing and deal calculations.
- Professional phone etiquette with the ability to handle multiple client interactions seamlessly.
