Duties

- Operate hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment to perform thorough exterior cleaning of building facades, windows, sidewalks, parking lots, and other outdoor surfaces
- Use appropriate cleaning solutions and methods to remove dirt, grime, mold, graffiti, and other debris from various surfaces
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or touch-ups to ensure exterior areas are safe and visually appealing
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled cleaning projects within designated timeframes
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members to understand specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Perform heavy lifting tasks safely when moving equipment or materials during cleaning operations




- Maintain detailed records of completed work, supplies used, and any issues encountered during projects

Requirements

- Proven experience with custodial or commercial cleaning tasks; familiarity with facilities maintenance is a plus
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact positively with clients
- Ability to manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Prior experience in custodial work or exterior cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
