Job Title: Exterior Project Lead (The "Right Hand")

About the Role: At Green Ladder Contractors, we don’t just build decks and custom outdoor home improvement systems; we build a team that actually enjoys coming to work. We are looking for an experienced Exterior Specialist who is ready to step into a leadership role. You’ll be the go-to person on-site, ensuring our projects (decks, railings, custom projects, composite siding, fences, structures, exterior improvements) are executed with "obsessive" attention to detail while keeping the crew’s energy high.

What You’ll Do:

- Manage the day-to-day flow of the jobsite from start to finish.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met (The "Green Ladder" way).




- Communicate with the team and the business owner to keep things running smoothly.

Qualifications:

- Solid experience in exterior renovations (Siding, Decks, exterior home improvements, fencing, composite projects).
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
- The ability to lead a crew with respect and a smile.
- The "Green Ladder" Mindset: You're a team player who is hungry to learn our specific systems and enjoys contributing to a positive mindset and culture.

Pay: $22.50-$45.50 per hour
