Southern Health-Santé Sud is seeking a Families First Home Visitor in Altona to support families with young children using strength-based approaches. This in-person role collaborates with Public Health Nurses and a multidisciplinary team to promote healthy parenting, child development, and family well-being.

The position is 0.8 FTE, temporary maternity coverage, with days and possible evenings/weekends, start 09/08/2026.
