Transportation- pick up and drop off will be provided when required.

This energetic position is for move out cleaning of apartments and buildings.

Duties
- Perform comprehensive and detailed cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized effectively to meet health and safety standards.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to uphold consistent standards of hygiene
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, including vacuums, buffers,
and carpet or steam cleaners
- Detail cleaning of whole premises during move out cleanings
- Junk disposal for move out premises
Experience
- Training would be provided.
- Prior custodial or cleaning experience would be an advantage
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment would be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to thoroughness in every task
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
