Duties

- Lead the promotion and sale of finance, warranty and insurance products to customers, ensuring they understand their options clearly.
- Collaborate with lenders and insurance providers to secure the best terms for customers while maintaining dealership profitability.
- Guide customers through the financing process, explaining terms, payment options, and contractual details with transparency.
- Negotiate deals effectively to meet sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with legal standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and fostering trust throughout the sales process.
- Train and motivate team members on product knowledge, negotiation techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all transactions, contracts,



and compliance records to ensure audit readiness.
- Ensure timely processing of all Registrations with the province through SNB

Qualifications

- Proven experience in financial services within a dealership environment.
- Strong background in sales, negotiation, and customer service with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Excellent math skills for calculating payments, interest rates, and deal structures accurately.
- Knowledge of dealership operations, financing procedures, warranties, and insurance products is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills to clearly explain complex financial concepts to diverse customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and regulatory compliance.
- A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for helping customers achieve their vehicle ownership goals.
