Leading Multinational Engineering & Technology Organization , Baneshwar, Kathmandu Leading Multinational Engineering & Technology Organization A leading multinational organization operating in the engineering, infrastructure, renewable energy, and industrial sectors is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead finance, accounting, taxation, compliance, and reporting functions for its Nepal operations.

Position Details Position: Finance Manager Location: Kathmandu, Nepal Department: Finance & Accounts Employment Type: Full time Key Responsibilities Lead overall accounting and finance operations.

Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, management reports, and month-end/year-end closing.

Manage VAT, TDS, Corporate Income Tax, and statutory compliance requirements.

Oversee financial reporting, audit coordination, and internal controls.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost monitoring, and financial analysis activities.

Manage banking relationships, including LC, BG, and treasury-related matters.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and financial governance standards.

Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, banks, and internal stakeholders.

Mandatory Requirements Qualified Chartered

Accountant (CA)

Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience

Strong hands-on experience with SAP (FI Module)

Strong knowledge of Business Taxation





Sound understanding of Financial Reporting, Audit, and Compliance

Basic to moderate understanding of SAP Controlling (CO Module) Preferred Experience Manufacturing, Engineering, Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, or Multinational organizations

Exposure to IFRS/NFRS reporting

Budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control experience

Experience managing audit and tax assessments Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Leadership and team management capability

High attention to detail and compliance orientation

Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
