Processes:

- Work closely with the sales team to maximize finance and product sales profitability.
- Engage in meetings with the management team for collaboration and review.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our vehicles and finance offerings.
- Regular goal setting objectives to measure success and direct results.
- Negotiate with lenders to obtain competitive interest rates and financing programs.
- Maintain good working relationships with our vendors.




- Ensure compliance with all financial laws and regulations affecting the automotive industry.

Qualifications:

- Valid G Drivers License
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- OMVIC License (Can be obtained before start date)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $80,000.00-$135,000.00 per year
