We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic professional to join our team as a Finance & Operations Intern (12 months) in GTA, ON (on-site).

Responsibilities:

- Reconcile and review timesheets for accuracy and completeness, run associated reports, and maintain related records and trackers.
- Assist in developing and processing client and vendor invoices, ensuring accurate record-keeping and balance maintenance.
- Work closely with senior consultants to create proposals using the established templates and trackers.
- Update and maintain company templates, reports, presentations, and database to ensure information is current and accessible.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with any accounting software is desirable but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- This role is partially funded by the Student Work Placement Program (SWPP) and applicants must meet the program's eligibility requirements.

Note: The salary for this position is $20/hour.
