Position

Overview The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will play a critical role in driving financial and operational insight across the organization. Reporting directly to the CFO, this individual will own the company’s reporting, forecasting, and planning processes, and partner with senior management to support growth, capital allocation, and strategic decision-making.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role requiring solid data analysis and financial modeling capabilities, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership and private equity ownership. Responsibilities

Financial & Operational Reporting

Own and produce all recurring financial and operational reporting, including monthly management reporting packages,



location-specific reporting packages, KPI dashboards, and Board-level analyses

Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent reporting across business lines and geographies

Continuously enhance reporting quality, automation, and insight generation Forecasting & Planning

Partner with senior management to develop and maintain sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and revenue models

Lead the annual budgeting process, including timelines, assumptions, consolidation, executive review, and Board presentation support

Maintain rolling forecasts and scenario analyses reflecting business performance and market conditions Financial Modeling & Analysis

Own and maintain the integrated 3-statement financial model

Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, capacity planning, and cost optimization

Work closely with functional business leaders (Operations, Venues, Sales, HR) to develop and maintain financial and operational analyses to support performance management and decision-making

Translate financial data into clear business implications and recommendations

Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as required to support strategic planning, investment decisions,



and executive initiatives Capital Allocation and Return on Invested Capital

Own the capital allocation framework, including analysis of return on invested capital for capital expenditure

Track post-investment performance and support continuous improvement M&A; Support

Support M&A; activities, including financial analysis, business case development, and integration planning

Assist with the financial integration of acquired businesses in both Canada and the United States, including reporting alignment, forecasting, and KPI standardization Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus

5-8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A;, corporate finance, or related roles, preferably within PE-backed organizations

Minimum 2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or consulting

Expert-level Excel and financial modeling skills, including strong experience building and maintaining integrated 3-statement financial models

Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex analyses to senior leadership and non-financial stakeholders Salary Range: $90,000 - $125,000 CAD "Stagevision is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone can do their best work.
