Trucking offers opportunities for growth in transportation and logistics for individuals interested in supporting essential supply chain services. We have an upcoming Fleet & Accounting Coordinator position.

This full-time position will report directly to the Accounting Manager and will involve a combination of fleet and facility maintenance coordination, accounting, and TruckMate responsibilities.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:





Coordinating repairs and maintenance for our trucks, trailers, forklifts, and facilities

Working directly with dealerships, repair facilities, contractors, and other service vendors

Reviewing and processing repair and maintenance invoices for payment

Entering and processing invoices within TruckMate

Assisting with customer rates within TruckMate

Assisting with driver payables and related TruckMate entries

Following up with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies or outstanding items

We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with vendors and drivers, and able to manage several priorities at the same time. Previous accounting, transportation, fleet maintenance, or TruckMate experience would be an asset.
