Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in a courteous manner
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring presentation quality
- Handle food safely by following proper hygiene and sanitation procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
- Restock supplies and ensure all areas are organized for smooth operations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly




- Follow all food safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe environment

Requirements

- Previous experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety standards
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
- Experience with serving or barista duties is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends if needed
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing high-quality service
