PRIMETIME DONAIR AND POUTINE, located at Edmonton, AB T5Y 2W7. The company is actively seeking applicants for the role of Food service supervisor. The applicant should be a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be required to commence work at the earliest opportunity. It will be Permanent employment or a full-time job. The assigned Morning, Evening, Weekend and Flexible schedule may include shift timings.

- The candidate must request food and kitchen supplies.
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- The candidate must train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- The candidate must estimate the ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation.
- The candidate must ensure that the food and service meet quality control standards.
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and waste.
- The candidate must prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising and checking the assembly of trays.




- The candidate will be responsible for supervising and checking the delivery of food trolleys.

Job Requirements

- The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent experience.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must be able to supervise 3 to 4 people.

Work setting

- The candidate must work in a food service establishment, which includes any indoor area or portion thereof where the principal business sells food for on-premises consumption.
- The candidate should have an on-site customer service system where employees work in an office or business location.
- The candidate should be able to work in a fast food outlet or concession featuring a minimal menu, pre-cooked or quickly prepared food, and take-out operations.
- The candidate should work in restaurants that are generally fast-paced and require the utmost efficiency.
