Duties

- Manage team members by providing coaching and fostering a positive work setting while helping to uphold store and staff policies.
- Oversee restaurant operations including POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices across all bar and dining areas.
- Coordinate food service activities with kitchen staff to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure an outstanding hospitality experience.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies,



and maintain cleanliness in accordance with health standards.

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience within the food service or restaurant management industry.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and motivate staff.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating welcoming environments for new guests as well as building rapport with returning guests.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper kitchen procedures.
- Previous restaurant experience including hospitality roles such as barista or hotel food service is highly desirable.
- Must be prepared to work upwards towards this role.
