Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting the ideal frames that match their style, face shape, and prescription needs
- Educate clients on different frame materials, styles, and lens options using clear and detailed explanations
- Utilize medical terminology when discussing lens prescriptions and optical health to ensure customer understanding
- Maintain an organized display of frames, ensuring all products are clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately to process sales transactions efficiently
- Collaborate with the optical team to verify prescriptions and fitting measurements
- Provide personalized recommendations based on individual customer preferences and lifestyle needs

Requirements





- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably within an optical or eyewear setting
- Knowledge of optical terminology, lens types, and frame materials is highly desirable
- Laboratory experience or familiarity with optical equipment is a plus
- Solid understanding of medical terminology related to vision care and prescriptions
- Experience with retail management systems or point-of-sale platforms such as Epic is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
