Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled person to join our dynamic construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential renovations to large-scale commercial builds. We're currently focused on farm shop builds that include framing, sheet metal siding and roofing, excavation as well as concrete base prep.

Responsibilities

- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and assembling materials
- Build and install siding, framing, and other structural components using carpentry skills and hand tools
- Handle heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining proper posture and technique

Qualifications

- A good attitude. We strongly value our positive work environment and are looking for someone who works well with others.




- Proven construction experience with a solid understanding of building processes and safety protocols
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery
- Experience with carpentry, siding installation, and operating lifts and skid steers.
- Excavator experience would be a great asset.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various outdoor conditions for extended periods
- Class 5 driver's license
