Responsibilities

- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities accurately
- Construct, install, and repair structures using concrete forming techniques and carpentry skills
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to facilitate efficient project execution
- Perform concrete finishing tasks, including pouring, leveling, and smoothing surfaces for durability and aesthetics
- Install siding, framing, and other exterior or interior building components with precision
- Conduct restoration work on existing structures to improve stability and appearance
- Use hand tools and woodworking equipment to shape materials according to project specifications
- Assist with welding tasks when necessary to join metal components securely




- Lift heavy materials safely while maintaining proper ergonomic practices
- Read and follow schematics accurately to ensure all work aligns with design plans

Requirements

- Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or related fields with a strong understanding of building processes
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics confidently for accurate project execution
- Skilled in concrete forming, finishing, and restoration techniques
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation
- Knowledge of siding installation and woodworking practices is highly desirable
- Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks consistently
- Strong attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving skills
- Valid certifications or licenses related to construction or equipment operation are a plus but not mandatory
